What if it rains on the day of my party?
Weather is the renter’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds for weather. If rain is possible, have a backup plan such as a canopy, garage, or indoor overflow space.
Can I have the equipment delivered?
Not currently. All rentals are customer pickup from our Sacramento-area location. This keeps the process simple and helps keep prices lower than full-service rental companies.
What if I need more items than I originally booked?
Contact us as early as possible. Last-minute add-ons depend on inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed.
